Q: What is a special event pet attendant?
A: A pet attendant is similar to to a pet sitter, but is specifically there to guide and care for your pet during photos or an event. This allows you to relax and enjoy your day while we make sure that your pet is well taken care of.
Q: What if my pet gets nervous around a lot of people?
A: Including your pet in your day can take many different forms. Some pets are happy to be the center of attention walking down the aisle, while others may be more comfortable with only a few people while you take photos. It is important to know your pet's limits and what they are comfortable with. If you are unsure how your pet will handle the day, doing a meet and greet before the day of the event is a great way to see how your pet will feel around the pet attendant and stranger on a leash. If you have any questions or concerns about your pet, please contact us and we can discuss your pet's level of comfort.
Q: Do you only provide services for dogs?
A: We are happy to work with animals of all types! From dogs & cats to donkeys & goats, we love them all. If you have a special pet that you want to include, please reach out.
Q: When do I need to finalize details?
A: When you book we ask that you provide most of the details for your event, but we understand that plans change so 2-3 weeks before your event we will have a final consult to finalize the day of schedule.
Q: Do I need to pay a retainer?
A: A 50% retainer is required at the time of your booking in order to secure your date and ensure we have an attendant reserved for your event.
Q: What if none of your packages fit exactly what I want?
A: If your vision doesn't fit into one of our standard options packages, you can choose to do a custom one that will fit your needs. Just reach out with the details of what you would need from us and we will work with you and give you a quote for the services to make your day perfect!
